Vintage Lovers has been given 2 awards at the Peak Awards for the most effective Media Campaign and for Best Multi-channel Campaign for 2023. This is due to the coordinated work that has been done on the brand as well as the correct categorization of the audience.

Vintage Lovers started about 5 years ago based on its original store in Kifissia, then in 2019 it launched its online store vintagelovers.gr. which offers decorations, party supplies and toys with vintage aesthetics. The cooperation with ROIX started in the middle of 21′ which was considered highly successful with a significant increase in revenue even on the offline level, giving the company the opportunity to open two additional stores in the next 2 years.

Brief

Recognizing that the Greek market was not well-informed about these products, we launched multi-channel campaigns to educate and reach our target audience. Also, to combat the rising cost of living and meet the growing demand for high-quality, smart and efficient products, we implemented an integrated strategy to boost profitability and website traffic. In addition, we adopted innovative solutions to improve the customer experience and collect valuable information about our audience’s preferences. Finally, we used a data-driven approach to keyword optimization, using personalized keywords to effectively convert website visitors into paying customers.

But there were some challenges. First, rising inflation and higher prices had affected many businesses, where products became a form of luxury as consumer needs changed. To the Greek public, the brands they were providing were not particularly well known and therefore were perhaps difficult to review. Also, the e-shop had a narrow product range, and marketplaces are not suitable for expensive and high-end products.
